Abbot Fixing Systems LTD specialises in the provision of an extensive range of services, fixings and construction products for use on motorways, railways and construction sites. We have chosen to adopt a formal system for managing products and services to reflect our commitment to the safety, quality, legal and contractual requirements of our customers, suppliers and other interested parties.

We demonstrate this commitment through the maintenance of an Integrated Management System (IMS) which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The IMS covers all aspects of product and service delivery, including the procurement of materials.

As part of our Quality policy, we have set the quality objectives as follows:

Our IMS is based on continuous improvement. It is a central part of the business and as such has been fully integrated into all its aspects. We seek to educate and train our staff to act in a socially responsible manner.

All employees are responsible to our customers and colleagues equally for the continued effectiveness of operations and the maintenance of the highest standards in ensuring that their work complies with the requirements of the IMS. The organisation ensures that each employee understands this policy statement. Top management ensures that it is implemented and maintained throughout the organisation.
