We can conduct a range of stress push pull tests for most industry fixings, anchorages and materials. Our services may be conducted against general purpose fixings of sizes M6, M8, M10, M12 or M16 anchorages. We can test and measure accurately to small load levels such as 20 or 25kN or with larger load levels up to 320kN.
We ensure the load capacity and therefore the safety of fixings used in the construction industry. Our onsite testing results are charted and then entered upon an in-house and custom developed computer system. Our post visit on-site reports shows clear and identifiable conformance of fixings to on-site test load levels. Each and every fixing component is clearly identified together with the load stresses applied. Our services are second to none with evidence of our testing and compliance to standards being provided via the PDF client reports.
